Saskatchewan fire chief appointed as ambassador

August 26, 2019, Nipawin, Sask. – Nipawin Fire Chief Brian Starkell, has been named an ambassador of the Canadian Volunteer Fire Services Association. The organization made the appointment at the annual meeting held in Nova Scotia on August 15. Starkell will be involved in monthly conference calls with the association’s board of director and will also attend next year’s annual conference.
